安全相关的 8 输出通道的特性

前提是系统无故障，输出被定义为安全相关，在线的 FLD 图上的输入为红色。如果系统检查出硬件故障，则：

‹ DBM 闪烁；

‹ Output-Failure system marker 变为 0；

‹ 一组 4 个通道应用值变低；

‹ 第二故障计时器开始计时。计时器默认时间为 4320 分钟（72 小时）；

‹ 对于双重化输出卡的配置，另一输出卡将继续现场输出驱动。所需采用的对策：

‹ 执行诊断；

‹ 更换输出卡。这会引起 CP 跳车，因此要确信另一 CP 没有故障；

‹ 对于单重化输出卡的配置，则会引起应用程序的跳车，在拿掉输出卡时两个 CP 会停止运行；

‹ RESET 系统消除故障记录。

Security-related features of 8 output channels

The premise is that the system is fault-free, the outputs are defined as safety-relevant, and the inputs on the online FLD diagram are in red. If the system detects a hardware fault, then:

Flashing of the panel for DBM;

< Output-Failure system marker becomes 0;

The application value of four channels in a group decreased;

The second fault timer starts timing. The default timer time is 4320 minutes (72 hours);

For the configuration of the dual output card, the other output card will continue the field output drive. Countermeasures to be adopted:

(ii) Perform diagnosis;

Replace the output card for the panel. This will cause CP to jump, so make sure the other CP is not faulty;

The configuration of the monoplex output card will cause the application program to hop and the two CPPS will stop running when the output card is removed.

Fault records were cleared by the panel RESET system.
