Channel isolation, voltage monitor/contact sensing input module (FBM207/FBM207b/FBM207c) as a 16-channel DC voltage monitor or 16-channel contact sensor. Each channel accepts 2-wire input from a DC voltage source (FBM207) or a pair of contacts or a solid-state switch (FBM207b/ FBM207c). The associated terminal Assembly (ta) supports discrete input signals at 60v dc, 120v ac/ 125v dc or 240v ac voltages. For higher voltages over 60v dc, TAs has additional signal conditioning hardware that provides voltage attenuation and light isolation. The FBM207/FBM207b/FBM207c has a compact design with a rugged extruded aluminum appearance for physical protection of the circuit. According to ISA standard S71.04, enclosures specially designed for mounting FBMS provide various levels of environmental protection up to harsh environments (G3 class).

Each channel accepts a two-wire input from a DC voltage source (FBM207) or a pair of contacts or a solid-state switch (FBM207b/ FBM207c). The associated terminal component (ta) supports discrete input signals at 60 V dc, 120 V ac/125 V dc or 240 V ac voltages. For voltages above 60 V dc, ta has additional signal conditioning hardware that provides voltage attenuation and optical isolation.
