MicroPower Direct introduces the MPL-05SEUP ultra-compact 5W AC /DC power supply for a wide range of board-level applications with high performance requirements but limited space. Six standard models run with universal input from 85VAC to 264 VAC; Adjustable single outputs of 3.3, 5, 9, 12, 15 or 24 VDC are available. They can also be used in high-voltage DC/DC applications with inputs of 100 to 400 VDC. Standard features include strict line/load regulation, continuous short circuit protection, and 3,000 VAC I/O isolation. All models are certified to EN 60950.

The MPL-05SEUP has a Class II input. This means it can be used without a ground connection, which is an advantage for remote or portable devices, which are often used in applications where there is no reliable grounding. The MTBF(HDBK 217F per mil) of the MPL-05SEUP series is greater than 300 thousand hours. The series is RoHS compliant.
