The 1394-SJT05-C is manufactured by Allen-Bradley and is used as a GMC standard system module in conjunction with the 1394 product Bulletin for multi-axis motion control systems. The component has embedded RS232/422 and DH485 capabilities as well as AxisLink and remote I/O communication ports.

As it is equipped with a remote I/O communication port, the module is able to exchange data between GMC Turbo and standard systems, as well as with Allen-Bradley's SLC 500 and PLC 5 controller platforms.
