The 2711P-T6C21D8S is an electronic device used as a Human Machine interface (HMI) device to enable real-time monitoring of processes and provide an intuitive, user-friendly control interface. The operating terminal features a 5.7-inch widescreen color graphics screen with a 640 x 480 VGA resolution and 18-bit color graphics.

The analog resistive touch screen interface enables user interaction and a drive life of 1 million cycles at 100 grams of operating force. It allows any user to interact directly with the runtime objects displayed on the screen.

It provides a user-friendly configuration environment for operator terminals and supports a variety of features, including File Transfer Protocol (FTP), VNC client server, ActiveX controls, PDF readers, and third-party device support.

The operating terminal is equipped with 512 MB of random access memory (RAM), 512 MB of internal storage, and 80 MB of file storage. In addition, Allen-Bradley Secure Digital (SD) cards with serial numbers 1784-SD1 (1 GB), 1784-SD2 (2 GB), 1784-SDHC8 (8 GB), and 1784-SDHC32 (32 GB) can be used to increase the drive's internal storage.
