Optimized Monitoring - Receives input from Bentley Nevada 165855 certified unique cylinder pressure sensors to generate a series of optimized measurements for monitoring the condition of reciprocating compressors in the API-618 service.
Measurement Performance and diagnostics - Combined with System 1 software and multi-event wheels, dynamic pressure-based measurements can be adapted for compressor thermodynamic performance monitoring as well as in-depth diagnostics and fault legends for identifying machine failure patterns.
Multiple measurement variables available - Cylinder operating variables measured at 3500/77M include maximum and minimum pressure, discharge pressure, suction pressure, compression ratio, peak rod compression, peak rod tension and rod reversal degree.
The 3500 system can be used as an SIL Level 2 system and is approved for multiple hazard zones and specific countries.
Our six-channel 3500/62 process variable monitor accepts transmitter 4 to 20 mA current inputs or voltage sensor inputs from -10 Vdc to +10 Vdc, The input is then adjusted and the adjusted signal is compared to the user programmable alarm set point that drives the alarm and the relay logic in the 3500 relay module.
