Triconex Communication Interface Module 4351B (TCMI) TCMI is Honeywell's standard product that provides an interface between fault-tolerant Ethernet (FTE) based on the Enhanced General Purpose Control Network (EUCN) and Triconex TRICON security management system. TCMI is a redundant device capable of:

• Two-way communication with Triconex systems 10.3 and above.

• Perform TRICON memory table to EUCN format data mapping

• Convert data to EUCN data types (labels, parameters), engineering units, and EUCN communication functions.

• Read and write to TRICON memory tables

• Define signal alarm conditioning and messaging and diagnostic status reporting on EUCN for alarm processing, notifications

Direct point-to-point communication with other EUCN connected devices, such as Enhanced Process Manager (EHPM), Enhanced Logic Manager (ELMM) or Honeywell Security

Communicate with operators, engineers and maintenance staff at Global Stations, EST and ESVT via ENIM. Higher level policies are supported through communication with application modules and hosts to control computers on the network locally via ENIM. • Recover TCMI module's database from history module via ENIM. • There are two types of hardware installation, front and rear cabinet maintenance installation (MC-ZTCMIR or MC-TCMIR1), and front cabinet maintenance installation only (MC-ZTCMI2 or MC-TCMIR2).
