The GE Log Dr Bus interface board DS3800HLOA is designed for quick installation in a drive. The board has a modular connector at one end and a fixed rod at the other end. The GE Log Dr Bus interface board DS1HLOA is also equipped with 3,800 red LED indicators and 16 amber LED indicators, which are visible from the front of the board. The board also has one jumper and eight erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM) modules.

If the 1GE Log Dr Bus interface board DS3800HLOA is found to be defective, it is easy to replace the defective board with a new board. This is due in part to the modular connectors on the back of the board. The driver has a matching connector at the rear of the frame. When you slide the board into the rack, the two modular connectors meet.
