The General Electric DS3800HMAC is a media access unit. This board is used for Mark IV systems.

The DS3800HMAC is a small rectangular circuit board that weighs about 0.98 pounds before shipping materials are added. The board is factory drilled at each corner to allow for installation options. The board has markings on each board edge to help align the board properly after installation.

As a media access unit, the DS3800HMAC is used to determine how data is transferred between other devices. The rear edge of the device has a splice connector and other right Angle pin connectors. The opposite edge of the board consists of a very large horizontal assembly with four mounted dials. They have been hardwired to the board surface directly behind the mounting area.
