Woodward 8290-194 is a handheld programmer for monitoring generator parameters, contact switches, and analog I/O. This can be used for installation and/or troubleshooting.
The Woodward Inc. series units are developed into two sets of devices, the DSLC module and the MSLC. The model is listed as 8290-194 and is part of the MSLC series or Master Synchronizer and load control unit.
The MSLC series is built with a microprocessor-based design and is equipped with the ability to operate as a multifunctional device. They handle synchronization, utility load sensing, and control over input and output load levels, power factor, and have primary process control capabilities.
