TRICON系统安装注意事项

1）安装前检查设备外观良好，无变形、破损、油漆脱落、受潮、锈蚀等缺陷。

2）设备安装应由远及近，在控制室和机房内搬运或移动设备时，不得损坏地面，就位后应及时固定。

3)机柜和操台的安装应符合设计规范的规定及要求。

4)检查机柜组件及配线，确认盘内的所有接线符合设计及制造厂相关图纸的要求。

5）系统电缆的型号、尺寸及其附件和工具应，外部绝缘层应无损坏，绝缘电阻符合制造厂标准。

6)系统模件之间，节点之间及相关终端之间的电缆连接要正确，网络通信电缆、总线电缆之间连接要准确。

Precautions for TRICON system installation

1) Check the appearance of the equipment before installation, no deformation, damage, paint off, moisture, rust and other defects.

2) The equipment should be installed from far to near. When handling or moving the equipment in the control room and the equipment room, the ground should not be damaged. After being installed, the equipment should be fixed in time.

3) The installation of cabinets and operating platforms shall comply with the provisions and requirements of the design specifications.

4) Check the cabinet components and wiring, and confirm that all the wiring in the tray meets the requirements of the design and the relevant drawings of the manufacturer.

5) The model and size of the system cable and its accessories and tools should be, the external insulation layer should not be damaged, and the insulation resistance should meet the manufacturer's standards.

6) The cable connection between the system modules, between the nodes and the related terminals should be correct, and the connection between the network communication cable and the bus cable should be accurate.
